As students and as engineers, we have always found that the best way to get something done is to use all tools available to you to their maximum potential. If you know of something worthy of being put up here, please e-mail a description of what it is and where to find it.

Software

Orcad Pspice

free request
(student version)

PSpice® simulator is a full-featured analog and mixed-signal simulator supporting everything from high-frequency systems to low-power IC designs. Advanced features enable “what if” analyses, allowing engineers to explore various design configurations before committing to final implementation. The powerful and robust simulation engine of PSpice integrates easily with Orcad Capture® design entry and Concept® HDL schematic capture. It allows engineers to create designs, control simulations, and interpret the results in a single environment.
